Job Title:Facilities and Maintenance Assistant

Posted: 30 October 2013 Description: To assist with the effective running of the London office. Also to ensure that general office duties are carried out efficiently and professionally, in line with Group policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that meeting rooms are set up for visitors and meetings appropriately, keeping meeting rooms cleared, neat, and tidy, and installing the relevant AV equipment if required.
• To order, receive, and manage courier deliveries, ensuring that bookings are made in line with Group policy.
• To manage the stationery ordering process for the London office, including the ordering of kitchen and print toner supplies, in line with Group policy.
• Preparation of post (franking) for collection, the distribution of incoming post, and the setting up of post re-directs when required.
• Managing the archiving logistics for the entire London office, including keeping the relevant spreadsheets up to date.
• Provide general office support for duties including desk and furniture moves, and ensuring the office is kept tidy by arranging the removal of rubbish.
• Acting in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when the situation arises.
